How do I return an item?

Shipping Policy:

We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories, for both corporate buyers and customers.

Standard Delivery: We deliver via FedEx Standard or USPS for residential and commercial addresses.

For in-stock items, please allow 2-3 business days to process the order and 2-5 business days for shipping via FedEx Standard or USPS. If the item is out of stock, please allow 8-16 weeks for us to refill our inventories. If you expect to order a big volume, please contact us directly at to get detailed information.

Express Delivery: Orders placed before 12 p.m. EST for in-stock items are processed in 1-2 business days. The days mentioned below are business days.

Return and Exchange policy

At Tea Beyond, we stand behind quality of everything we sell and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If your orders fail to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase date for exchange, or refund.

For Returns or exchanges, please make sure the following conditions are met:
  • Merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • No later than 30 days from the actual date of purchase date.
  • Obtain the RMA#: please contact our customer service at INFO@TEABEYOND.COM
  • Please provide pictures of broken parts when you email us INFO@TEABEYOND.COM, along with your order ID.

Please follow these steps when returning a product:
  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with the original packing slip and packing material, if possible.
  • Return the merchandise, along with original receipt. The RMA# should appear on the outside of the shipping box to the address provided:
Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will issue you an exchange or a full refund for your purchase.
