Standard Delivery

We deliver via FedEx Standard or USPS for residential and commercial addresses.

For in-stock items, please allow 2-5 business days to process the order and 2-7 business days for shipping via FedEx Standard or USPS. If the item is out of stock, please allow 6-12 weeks for us to refill our inventories. Express Delivery: Orders placed before 12 p.m. EST for in-stock items are processed the same business day. The days mentioned below are business days.

Incorrect or Old address If you by chance enter in the wrong address for your order, please contact us info@teabeyond.com. In your email, please provide order#, your name, incorrect shipping address, correct shipping address, and write "address correction" as your email subject. However, we regret that we have to pass through the intercepting fee $10 to our customers for any address correction.
