Return and Exchange policy

At Tea Beyond, we stand behind quality of everything we sell and want you to be satisfied with every purchase. If your orders fail to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase date for exchange, or refund.

For Returns or exchanges, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  • Merchandise must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • Merchandise must be accompanied by original receipt, with return (RMA) slip. You can get return slip from your account's Order History section by clicking the "details" link of concerned order.
  • No later than 30 days from the actual date of purchase date.


Please follow these steps when returning a product:

  • Obtain RMA(return) slip from your account's Order History section by clicking the "details" link of concerned order.
  • Repack the merchandise in its original packaging with the original packing slip and packing material, if possible.
  • Return the merchandise, along with original receipt and copy of RMA slip, via insured U.S. Postal Service to the following address:

Upon receipt of returned item(s), we will issue you an exchange or a full refund for your purchase. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please allow at least 15 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.
